Job Description Facilities Manager - ABU DHABI, Commmercial & Residential Poperties
Our client is one of the world’s most respected property facilities and asset management companies who are currently expanding their Middle East business, as a result of this they require a facilities manager to look after some of their very prestigious commercial & Residential buildings.
The correct candidate for this role will have extensive experience of managing both the hard and soft services within a complex commercial office building, with full experience of dealing with sub contractors, tenants and clients and working to SLA’s.
Middle East experience would be an advantage for this role as would be a relevant degree although neither are essential.
